- Second Lunch at "Secrets of Elephants" - Beef with pineapple, rice, fruit and coffee. Very delicious, even though Scott asked for extra peppers.
- Dinner at Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant behind old market with Joan and Thom - Butter Chicken, Chicken with Cashews, ... Paneer, garlic and regular Nan, and a pitcher of beer
7 Nov.
- Breakfast at Secrets of Elephants - Good Coffee and Baguette with Butter and Jam (and Malaria Pills)
- Lunch at the very new Sofitel (read this as: service is sub par) - Olive Focaccia with Chicken, Tonle Saap Grilled Fish Salad, and Fruit Platter, and Tonic, Pineapple juice and Coffee

Dinner at Madame Butterfly (connected to Secrets of Elephants) with Joan and Thom - Green Vegetable Curry (chicken was unavailable), Peppered Chicken (where chicken was available), Red Curry (?), Rice, Baked Pineapples (4 orders for 4 forks), Chardonnay and water
8 Nov.
- Breakfast (as above)
- Buffet Lunch at the Grand d'Angkor (Raffel's Group Hotel) - excellent food and service
- Dinner at Tonle Sap Restaurant on Route 6 (the cafeteria type on ground floor) with Joan and Thom - Flamed Morning Glory, Gingered Chicken, Beef with pepper/lemon sauce, red curry, rice and beer
9 Nov.
- Breakfast (as above)
- Lunch on the boat - Chicken/Potato Salad, Fruit Salad, Water and Coffee
- Dinner at Sukho Thai Restaurant on Route 6 with Joan and Thom - Green Curry, Larp, Ribs, Ginger Chicken (?), Rice, Garlic Bread, Beer, red and white wine (yes, really white wine!)
10 Nov.
- Breakfast (as above)
- Lunch at restaurant on other side of Madame Butterfly - Pineapple (with salt) - surprisingly tasty, spring rolls, peppered chicken, rice, and water
- Dinner at Tonle Sap Restaurant on Route 6 (the cafeteria on ground floor) with Joan, Kim, Thom, George (This is the first time on this trip that we actually ate at a place more than once (other than breakfast)) - Morning Glory, Ribs, ???, Meatballs?, Vegetarian Salad (with tofu and shrimp) rice, and water
